Why should you care about Daniel Dingel?
Do you care about the cost of fuel? Or pollution?
Daniel Dingel is a Philippino engineer who has for many years been driving around a car powered by water! He, like others before him, devised a chamber that breaks apart the water molecule to produce combustible hydrogen. Mr. Dingel has claimed that the IMF and World Bank have blocked utilization of his technology. A Yahoo chatgroup sponsored by Dingel acquaintance Antonio Z.
